Product Name : Red Curry. Product Descriptions :The original classic Thai curry. Directions for 3-4 persons. Classic method: Put the dried paste in a bowl, pour 3-4 spoon of water and to mix them to wet paste, set a pan on middle fire , put the wet paste and stir until get smell, fill 200 cc. of coconut milk , stir until foamy boiled, add 200-300 g. of sliced pork, meat of fish then stir until cooked, fill with dissolved coconut milk as you want, season and taste, then add sweet basils, sliced red chili, eggplant. after vegetables are well done , the curry is ready to serve, you can top it with sweet basil. Easy method: Boil 300 cc. of coconut milk to foamy boiled, add the dried paste stir until the curry is well mixed and foamy boiled again, the add meat, wait until cooked and add some vegetables, then serve.
